How to remove the header and footer from pages when needed

All pages have componenets header and footer as part of the page. I could not find an option to delete these components when I need. For example, login page, I want it to be without any header or footer. How can I achieve that?

Choose page in the breadcrumbs, then untick properties, see screen shot http://prntscr.com/4ekdbl
