What URL to use as Canvas URL for a Facebook App?

Hi, I would like to make my app available on facebook through FB canvas. For this, I need to provide a canvas URL. What URL can I use for my app to achieve this?
Currently, my app can be accessed on http://appery.io/app/view/177c5783-d9...

Hello!

Unfortunately we are not familiar with this. You need to find in Facebook documentation what canvas is URL used and what resources it receives as input.
