Hi,
Can we built the UI using our own custom html and css?
I am trying to build screens as in attached image. But I am not able to do that using drag and drop options.

Currently nope. Actually you can use HTML component - but you can not use "mapping" feature for these elements.
Also, we are working on that functionality with (angular). You can find more info about update here: http://devcenter.appery.io/roadmap/
