Send As PDF File

Hi,,
Kindly, if i need to input some field on the app and when i click send button it should be sent to email as pdf.
can i do something like this

Hello,
1) You can set an input component on the page
2) Set its type as file.
When the page is loaded you can select any file and send it as part of form
