push notifications working for Google, not working for IOS

Sending push message to specific device (my ipad), that is subscribed to the channel, does not produce results anymore. This used to work before major update last week.
I have checked the push IOS settings and they all seem correct.
How can i determine the problem here? Do you keep a log?

I tried to send notification to iPhone (first to channel then to to specific device subscribed to this channel) - it works for me. Does it work for you if you send push notification to entire channel (without specifying device ID)?
