If i pay a standard licence for one or two month to make my application which use push notification wath happen if i stop to pay standard licence and come back to free licence ? Does the push notification continue to Work ? (i have seen that it use a database).

Basically the answer is yes, pushes will work. Only the amount of calls will deffer and no overages for the free account.
