I am a developer seeking to develop an app in appery.io platform. I am very much confused to take a right decision to start the development. Because, i am not sure either i have to go with normal app (Jquery mobile) version or new angularJs & Bootstrap version at this point since the new version is still in beta and no push notifications enabled at this time and more features that going to come in future. Can any one help me please?

jQuery mobile is stable and AngularJS - is beta. If you need get finished application now - use JQM. Use AngularJS if you are interested in it or you want just study this technology.
