From the contact editor screen, the "$" element in my response is not an array, and I believe it should be (because it should return an array of contacts, not just one). The editor does not allow my change this. Can you guys be of any assistance? Do I need to handle this response myself?
This looks like a bug to me.
I mean the service editor screen, not contact editor.
Hi Michael,
If the test data on which the Appery.io response is based, contain an only record, then there shouldn't be "array" checked. If a few records are returned - then there should be "array" checked.
If you are sure that will return an array - feel free to put it.
