Just have a question, was the customer console app created using appery.io platform?

I like it but unfortunately couldn't add features to it that makes it better for certain specific usage. Will you all be releasing a new update for customer console to make it more flexible?

No, customer console is the part of appery.io ptatform. It was'n created using appery.io.
