Rss Feed id help

Hi,

To get a RSS feed.
What i now want is to add a field called ID to the RSS (This have i done Ok)
But i need one button for eatch rss "post" so the user can push "View More".
When the button is pressed the button need to send the ID from the right post to another page.
My question: How to get the id?
I normal have arround 5-15 post with diffrent is's in the RSS.
