open app slowly and iOS launch Images disappear!

hello
this week my user tell us the app open slowly at first page and the page will become white around 10 second.
we did not release any version to the app store.
and I open my app on preview page also waiting more then 30 second.
my another app also have same problem.
could you kindly tell me how to deal with that?
