Store complaint(textbox) tied to location of user in Database

Hi,

My goal is to have an app where the user can enter text (a compaint) and when he sends the complaint, the database needs to automatically take and store the location of the user and store this tied to the text the user entered.
Ive done the tutorials but it doenst work, what do i have to do?
