How to use Photo API

I would like to have the user take a photo with the app and then have the image saved in exact dimensions an saved file that can be printed on say a 4x6 images. For example if I want several wallet size photos to be printed on one sheet.
I believe I need a third party service to process the photo and send me back the finished image which can then be emailed or printed.
Are there any tutorials on how to integrate this type of feature?
