Works in Dev mode but not as a Play Store app

Greetings,
I created an application. Everything works find in both iOS and Android when testing. Successfully have a running app in iOS by uploading a binary APK. Tried the same for Android. No success. It opens the app, I click on the pdf file I wish to view which has two events running 1. Open in javascript - works on iOS not Android. 2. Open by following a link - Works on both platforms.
Works beautiful in dev. with one hiccup of of downloading the pdf in android. That isn't the problem. When i published to the Play Store now all I get is a white screen. Any ideas??
