Non Visual Components not showing up under Palette View

"Non visual components" is not showing up as an option under my palette view. What's the deal?

We changed the UI a little bit last week and the tutorials haven't been updated yet. Sorry about that. It's now at Palette Services REST Services.
Just updated the Twitter tutorial, let me know if that helps.
