Can't find the "non-visual" component of the palette

I am working on the "building twitter search" tutorial, and I've run into a problem. Maybe 2/3 of the way down the tutorial page, there is a caption labeled "Mapping UI and Service." The second step in this section of the tutorial says to "Open Palette View (on the right) and then open Non Visual components." It then has a picture of what looks very much like what is actually on the left side of my project screen, and in this picture there is in fact a section under the palette that says "Non Visual." However, there is no such section in my project screen. The three options that I see, which correspond to where the tutorial page lists "Non Visual," are "Mobile," "Services," and "Devices." Where is my Non Visual?
