Drag and drop elements into a panel is not working....

Hi

When i try to drag any element into a panel it just jump out of it. Iam following this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VStyZ...) tutorial and try to do the same as in Video but all elent i try to drag into panel just fall out....WHY?

Hello! Please try to change Panel type to div.
