.Navbar placement issue

Another issue, my navbar doesn't always stay at the bottom of the screen. Sometimes it does, other times you have to scroll down to see it

Hello! Are there any steps to reproduce it?
Not really, it's intermittent, and I can't get it to happen now. Maybe I fixed something. Will let you know if it happens again.
