front end details not reflecting on test page

Hi,
I am facing problems in the development. In details when I add a button on a page it does not reflect testing environment. and if we add the button on the html page it shows in testing page but does not reflect in development platform. Kindly have a look.

Hello! After you edit Source code changes won't be applied to the visual view. If you want to undo changes you need to delete edited (blue colored) files first, then click "Undo all source changes". More information here.
