Hi,

I'm currently using Appery.io with a coupon code from your Salesforce webinar.

I am attempting to work with a collaborator to whom I've sent an invitation.

I was able to send an invitation to the collaborator's email address, but when I try to share my account, I get the message:

"You can't grant more than 1 licenses"

I'm thinking it may not be possible to share with a collaborator during a coupon code trial period. If this is the case, can I simply pay for my account in order to let the collaborator join? I'm under a tight deadline and really need to have my collaborator onboard ASAP.

Please advise.

Hello! Sorry for delay. Let me check.

Seems you're trying to share user seat (from Account-- Team tab) and it's not possible as you have only one license. Please go to Account--Share tab and share entire folder. Another option is to share specific project.
