No, we haven't thought about that, but thanks for an idea!
Pretty much all support questions require us to test and/or reproduce the issue. It's better to use a forum where you can provide a lot more information, screen shots, etc. As you can see, our reply on the forum is usually very fast. Sometimes it is almost like live chat.
