It is necessary switch on appery.io proxy in every service to test the app in browsers, and it is necessary disable all of them before build the App.
Some way to switch on/off the proxies for all services at once?.

It's non necessary to switch off proxy when you build app, it works with enabled proxy. But it would work through additional (Appery.io) server and might slow down app a little bit.
There is no way to switch on/off the proxies for all services at once.
