Accessing latitude and longitude

I seem to recall that HTML5 can provide current latitude and longitude (without Phonegap) that can then be accessed by appery.io. Is this correct? Thanks.

Yes, if it's possible with HTML5 it's possible in Appery.io (Some very commonly asked questions http://docs.appery.io/getting-started/ please see #3 )
