Dear,
I have standard account and i make payment in the 4th of each month
i m renewing my visa card and it will finish in 8 or 9 of July
my question is if i don't pay in 4th of July my account will be close and i lost my projects ?
Hello Hassan,
You won't lose them. When your paid subscription is expired you'll be automatically dropped to a Starter plan. If there won't account activity within 60 days after that (not event login attempt), you will receives automated email from Appery.io with warning that all apps, DB, scripts will be deleted in 15 days. If you won't show any account activity within 15 days after automated email, all apps, DB, scripts will be deleted. When it is done user receives automatted email from Appery.io that all apps, DB, scripts are deleted.
