use geo location to select from database

Hello I am trying to figure out how to do this I have a database with regional phone numbers for multiple states. What I want to do is use a locate me button so that phone numbers in that same region are shown. in some cases the region is by county and in others simply states or part of a state such as northeast texas or central Colorado
any advice on how to do this to clarify there is no address
