Problem Publishing/Submitting IOS app.

I'm probably doing something wrong, so any help would be appreciated.

I have successfully tested the app on multiple physical devices. Certificates and provisioning profiles are correct when installing IPA directly from itunes on physical device.

There does not seem to be a way using my Apple Developer account to directly upload the IPA to the Itunes Connect record I created for this app, unless I use the Application Uploader 3.0. However, that isn't compatible with IOS version 10.7.5. So, I tried exporting the XCODE project from Appery Platform. It does not build. Tons of errors. I have XCODE 4.6. I cannot upgrade to xcode 5 (or xcode 6) without upgrading OS. And I have many other native (non-appery) projects built with xcode 4 on the machine that I don't want to have to worry about being compatible with newer versions of xcode.

QUESTIONS:

  • What version of Xcode does the export from Appery platform support?
  • What is the best way in this situation to get my app submitted?

Hi Bryan -

We support only xCode 6 and higher.

We will need to clarify this with our development team and we'll let you know.

Bryan -

Appery.io supports xCode version 6 only and this recommendations also goes from Apple for 64-bit support iOS apps - https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=...
