creating new page error

I am trying to add a new page to my angualr app and I keep getting an error:
"something is wrong, the new page isn't created.
the server side is unavailable"

Not reproducible for me.
Please try now and let us know result.
Still getting the same error. is it because I am on the free plan? I thought I can have up to 3 pages, I currently have two and am trying to create the third.
