We already have a version of the app on the appstore. Now, our next test version builds and we can see the successful IPA URL produced on appery.io, but when installing on the iphone device, it fails to install with the error "Unable to Download App: ' could not be installed at this time."
We have tried installing it on multiple iphone and ipad devices. iphones 6, 6plus
with iOS 9 installed.

So, here is what you can try:

1.Reboot your device.

1. Go to you device emSettings General Device Management/em and make sure that you delete all previously signed apps there.

   Upload your .ipa file using iTunes.

It turns out that we had switched our iphones and our new ones were not registered as test devices. Thanks for helping out
