API Express don't show up in App Builder

Hello,
I auto generated a restservice API (Project: MtnWestAPI, Restservice: PipelinesAPI) with API Express.

However, when I want to use API Express Generator to import that servoece into the App Builder it doesn't show up.

I tested it with another App Builder project and it showed up there!
Any ideas why this is not shown?
