Black borders around Panels in Preview Mode

What is this annoying black box that is appearing around my panels?

I have borders set to transparent and even still I have the border color set to white on my container panel elements.

I have looked for anything everywhere including all properties of the panel obviously in Tiggr, but there are these thick 5px wide black borders around my panel containers...

Any ideas?

Exporting an image of the screen does NOT have this issue.

Only in Web Preview do the black borders appear...

That's a known bug and will be fixed in release 1.2.6. Sorry for the problem.
