Slider bar will not render properly inside a pop up

I tried using the mini version
http://jquerymobile.com/test/docs/for...
but it didn't like that either.
result when tested as standalone
result when tested on click event
Ps. i removed the newer version of jQuery to avoid conflict.
only versions of jQuery are the ones baked into Tiggzi.

yes max I tried this morning and it works fine now.
Strange behaviour......maybe to do with new version of Tiggzi ?
I am testing in Chrome.
