First, when I go to Test it does not stay in the mobile frame. Second, my themes are not applied correctly to the file. Third, when I inserted text frames I did not want scrolling boxes, but fixed ones. How do I correct these?
There is an option to open the app in the frame or without it in Test window. What do you have checked there?
Are you using one of the available themes or a custom them?
How do you insert the text frame? In general, it's something that needs to be controlled via CSS. The app is simply running in the browser.
The issue really isn't the mobile frame part, I just thought that I would bring it up. I noticed that the index page loads correctly and if I alter the given url appropriately the following pages load too.
I am using the available JQuery mobile theme
It appeared that I just had to click and drag it in the place that I wanted it. I saw that there was CSS capabilities, but I do not know where they are created and what scripting language they use.
Which theme did you use and can you attach a screen shot of what's not being applied?
Can you tell us exactly what component you used and what do you get?
