GEOLocation Service

Hi,
Somehow I cannot use either GEOLocaton and contacts services. It blocks me away. Any reason why? (I am using 2 difference mobile applications)

What exactly doesn't work? Browsers will first require you to enable location tracking (a message will show up near the address bar). That could be the issue.
it doesn't let me drag and drop and to define the respond and request. the location services are enabled.
What exactly you are not able to drag and drop from where to where? Can you post a screen shot?
