please guide me on how to work with templates?

I can create the template but when I try to use on a new page
the new template is disable .. see pic.

When you save a page as template, you need to add a Work Area component to the template.

Please answer this with more details please. I am having the same problem and this answer does not help me. What are working area components? When do you add them? If you have a template without one (like shown above), is it too late to add one?

• select "mTemplate";
  • add "Workarea" component. from component palette;
  • save;
  • create page from template.
