It seems jqmobi (now intel app framework) has a good reputation for being a faster and lighter equivelent to jquery. Is it possible to adapt an appery app to use this instead of jquery?

Thanks,
I have tried to work it out using the docs, but failed.
I have added the javascripts to my app, but don't know where to start replacing the native jquery formatting/setup with jqmobi. I fear this is meddling too deep into the core of the platform.
Any pointers to help me move in the right direction appreciated!
Cheers
p.

Appery.io uses jQuery Mobile components. There is no option to replace it.
