Hi, I've followed the tutorial on :

to set up a push notification service for Android. I've set up everything as said in the tutorial but when I send a test notification nothing happens.
I get themessage "0 notifiations sent".
can you please help me?

Now I have another question.
Is it possible to send push notifications to individual users? For example i want to set up an alarm system to send push notification to just one individual user of my mobile application.
As far as i know you can create channels and link an app to a channel. Then you send notifications to that channel, but how could i send a notification to only one particular user?
