Hi
When I click on the Account Tab, there is no information displayed?

I want to upgrade my account. How would I do that?

Yes, I am aware of that, but as I said nothing is displayed when I click the Account tab.

I have fixed it out now by clearing browser history.

I have to continually clear browsing history. Sometimes my mappings disappear as well. Once I clear browsing history they re-appear.

Is this normal behaviour?

Hi Deon,

This is normally. Periodically we have to clear browsing history. The frequency depends on how you use desktop browser.

You view pages on the internet, movies, listen to music. There are also situations when the refreshed website reflects old information, because cookies can not be updated. So you should sometimes clean history, cookies and cache to improve the browser performance.
