Hello! You can generate iOS certificate and Provisioning profile on Windows machine and build .ipa file, but you need mac to deploy app to the App Store.
Just to submit iOS app to app store, I need mac. Can you please provide cheapest option buying mac version just to submit iOS app? Follow up question (may be to apple), why I am able to do everything through itune connect except submitting build?
