I was wondering if it was possible to move a group of files from assets to a folder in local storage?

Local storage doesn't have folders (it's sort of flat). This would be done via JavaScript. Here is one example: https://hacks.mozilla.org/2012/02/sav...
Sorry, I should have been more clear - local storage as in, /storage on Android device.
