I can confirm that the ticket from you was registered in our Support desk system under #31370 on Friday, February 09-2018.

I've followed some of your posts here. If you get a second - please, if you can, by email - can you share with us what you're doing with Appery and the use cases you are addressing? I see you've been doing some multi-language apps - an area of interest for me and our team.
