iOS Build Number Not Updating in .plist File

Do you know why changing the Build number in the iOS Binary tab (App Settings) isn't updating the number in my .plist file?

Please detail, have you changed this file manually?
I've made changes to the .plist file in the past but never touched any of the bundle settings.
When I update the Build number in the App Settings tab, the "CFBundleVersion" doesn't reflect the change in the .plist file. It's not a huge deal and I don't mind having to edit it manually, I'm just wondering why this could be happening.

Once modifying file manually Appery.io doesn't change it anymore. So Please roll back these changes
