I have created a 640 (h) x 480 (w) image (attached) in accordance with the 'Launch Images' requirements.
It is saved as a png file, but when uploaded to the media manager it doesn't show. However if I reverse the dimensions so it is 480 (h) x 640 (w) it uploads correctly, but is then distorted in the launch images view. What is going wrong here?

640x480 - it means that 640 is width and 480 is height (because usually the width is specified first)
There is a small bug in our Builder, the pictures on the preview have not correct aspect ratio. This will be fixed in the new release, sorry for inconvenience
Thanks for the fast reply. To confirm, if I upload a 640 (w) x 480 (h) image it will display correctly in the app, even thought aspect is wrong in the 'Launch Images'?
