Appery prompted me to refresh for updates. After refreshing it did not seem to have updated and was very slow. I was not able to log on for quite some time and finally when I did, I saw that most of the recent changes I made to the pages were gone.

We are very sorry about that... Did you click Save button before refresh?
I saved and then logged out. Next time as soon as I logged in, it asked to refresh for updates. After that the recent changes were gone. What is a refresh supposed to do? I see quite a few of them pop recently.
