trouble with joining to Exadel Community

When I tried to join to Exadel Community without filling out the field "Work Phone Number" I was transferred to the blank page without any messages and joining to the community was not done. It's strange. I should have received a warning that this field is necessary. When I filled out this field I was joined to Exadel Community successfully.

Might have been a minor issue with getsatisfaction.com at that moment...
