Hello,
I had received email that Your Apple Push Notification Service Certificate will expire in 30 days. I have made phonegap app with appery.io. So where i have to update the new certificate?
And after updating the certificate to appery.io, should I have to export the ios project again or only change the certificate is enough?

You should contact Apple for a new certificate. And after updating the certificate you app should working without re-exporting.
