Actions can not be re-ordered

I think you can change the order of events in the builder, but you don't seem to be able to do the same with the actions for an event. So if you add a navigate page, then realize you needed to do set localStorage first and add that second, its stuck in second position unless you delete and re-add the navigate to page action.

Select an action and then drag it to new place in the list.

well crap, it didn't want to do that in FF. I swear they have done something in the last release or two of FF that has made it more unstable. Worked fine in chrome just now.

I just tried in Chrome and Firefox - it worked fine.
