issue with back button and header

i am having issue with back button, it just sometimes disappears from screen there is no specific case why it is disappearing

Back button appears only when there is where to go back. There isn't back button on the start screen. If you make the pass to the page with full refresh, then this page becomes the starting (and it will not have a back button)
so what can we do for back with full refresh because i was facing issue while not doing full refresh.
