I built a test app, then deleted it. Now, when going to build a new app I am not given the option to use use the musicians wizard/template, I am just able to create a blank , weather, or twitter apps. How do I get the musicians app wizard/template back?

The musicians wizard is no longer available, just the app builder.
Why is the wizard gone? It's a big time saver and huge selling point for the none technical!
We might bring it back in the future (in slightly different form). Right now we are concentrating on our new HTML5 app builder and backend services (database, push, etc). In the app builder, we will have features for non technical people as well as for developers!
