sendgrid wont send an email

I have a problem with sendgrid. i have already typed in my api_user and api_key. but still it wont send an email how do i get it to work?

No i have not but i am gonna try it now! also i am not sure how the mapping should be for the default sendgrid, to send an email any help with that?
