How to import an Excel file and places it in the app - Appery

Hi,
Im from Brasil, so sorry for any grammatical error.
Im creating an app that contains a large list of companies.
I wonder how can i import the list of companies from Excel and show on according to the category of companies that user choose.
I didnt find any tutorial off how to upload a file and import.
For example:
There is a category called "Informatica", and has a large list of companies.
When one person clicks on the button "Informatica", appears every company on the list of Excel.
I wanna know how can i do this, because, if there is a way to do, i will update to premium account to finish my app.
